A word from our MD

Managing Director

Phil Westoby

Phil has been working in the marketing services industry for over 30 years. With an impressive track record in increasing revenue for businesses in an array of different sectors using bespoke marketing solutions, Phil’s career has evolved in parallel with the growth of the industry.

As marketing strategies changed, Phil moved and submerged himself into the contact centre industry. He has a history of starting and growing successful businesses with blue chip companies such as: E-ON, Carphone Warehouse and Aegon, to name a few.

Phil said: “In 2013 I decided to start a business that could help brands reach their potential customers through strategic acquisition and customer service solutions.

“I was fortunate enough to bring together a team with many years of experience in the fundamental areas of contact centre operations, to deliver the exceptional practice needed for the business to thrive. Expertise in dialler and data management, recruitment, IT and industry leading compliance is what makes EC investable to businesses and an innovative choice when choosing a partner.

“Since founding back in 2013 with one outbound campaign, we have successfully moved into the world of customer service, live chat and e-mail support and grown to over 300 staff.”
