Call and Contact Centre Expo 2021
After a 12 month hiatus, the Call and Contact Centre Expo made a triumphant return to ExCel London this week as Europes leading contact centre experts gathered to network, share innovations and discuss the future of the contact centre industry.
Our sales and marketing team joined hundreds of other like-minded contact centre professionals in halls 10 and 11 of Londons east-end ExCel Exhibition centre as well as other brands looking to learn more about the latest innovations in contact centre technology and methodology.
Companies such as 8×8, dialpad, ring central joined other technology providers over the two-day event which included several seminars from leading experts in artificial intelligence, CX, Data and Quality.
One such speaker was Martin Teasdale, Senior Director of Quality Experience at BPA Quality. Check out the interview below with Martin as he discusses his return to in-person events and how he found the expo.
