An exciting opportunity has landed through our doors in our ever-growing office in the heart of Boldon NE35.

Our first customer service team will once again be flourishing into the new year, so our search has begun to expand our team further.

Great customer service is our top priority, so this is a principle you must share with us!

You will become the ears that will spring into action in finding the best solutions for our customers; we want you to bring your personality, your passion and your enthusiasm to create the best customer journey possible.

ECO is looking for people who are driven to succeed in our business and achieve all this involves:

Maintaining a positive and determined mindset at all times

Ensuring profound listening and communication skills to ensure excellent customer satisfaction

What do we need from you?

With a strong customer relations background, creating the best experience for all of our customers is our top priority.
We need you to be focused and attentive to detail.
The ability to adapt quickly to different situations where multitasking is key.
Be the ears for our customers and proactively being responsible in giving them a solution.
To build relationships by being approachable, professional and always enthusiastic.
A desire to genuinely reach high levels of customer satisfaction.
Previous customer service in the energy sector is proffered but not essential.

Shift Patterns: Various between 8:00 am – 6:30 pm
