Shell Energy offers renewable electricity as standard to all residential customers, as well as gas, a range of smart home technologies, broadband and exclusive loyalty rewards at Shell service stations. All the electricity from Shell Energy Retail comes from 100% renewable sources like wind, solar and biomass.

THE CHALLENGE

In mid 2020 Shell and ECO’s partnership was formed. Shell had previously worked with outsourcers however, they sought a new partner who would continue to drive their brand to success. Shell required an established outsourcer who would be capable of delivering high SPH on a consistent basis and ensure protecting the customer and, Shells brand was a vital part of their role.

Shell required a team of individuals who were able to not only provide sales but were able to grow the companies branding and provide their customer base with knowledgeable advice, rather than just price selling points. We started with a team of 12 and we are now looking to extend to 50 heads by the end of the year.

OUR SOLUTION

ECO were able to fit the criteria and within 4 weeks of the campaign going live were able to see the team head count double in size. ECO have continued to strive whilst maintaining a high SPH across the board. As compliance is a key element of Shell’s strategy, we are continually providing training to ensure our staff meet and exceed the standards which are expected.
